Computed on demand only, like the other hashes. This is for users that only need a stable revision, without combining existing sources' hashes, for example because there are too many of them to be convenient. As a side-effect of how we calculate on-disk hash sums, windows and *nix hashsums now match. This is preferable, so let's keep this. Signed-off-by: Stephan Renatus <stephan.renatus@gmail.com>
