Currently, OSSF scorecard isn't able to evaluate its "Branch-Protection" check: https://scorecard.dev/viewer/?uri=github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-java-contrib
The Scorecard docs explain that this check requires additional permissions: https://github.com/ossf/scorecard-action/blob/main/docs/authentication/fine-grained-auth-token.md
I'm using this repo as a testbed, will roll out to other repos if successful.
