this removal was intentional. while the 2.0 instrumenter has the attributeextractor, it only works within the 2.6 instrumentation, so it made sense to me to remove it from being documented here

Related to #14128
Adds metadata for the couchbase modules.
As mentioned in #14464, the assertions for experimental attributes weren't working as expected. In order to split up the test suites to have separate assertions for experimental, I needed to refactor a bit.
