This isn't usually needed because when repository browsing is enabled it isn't hard to find the latest snapshot. Initially when the snapshots were migrated from oss.sonatype.com the repository browsing was enabled, hopefully they'll turn it back on. Before that happens I think this is useful for anybody who needs to manually download the snapshot. |

Not sure if others would find this useful, but it wasn't intuitive to me in figuring out the timestamp/build numbers needed to be in the path
