@AmanAgarwal041 Do you still have interest in following up on this? I.e. in adding and maintaining an instrumentation for OpenAI in this repo? I promised a long while back to review this and haven't. Sorry for the delay. If you are still interested, we should talk about plans. |

Which problem is this PR solving?
This PR creates an initial instrumentation for openai chat creations. This PR for now supports the traces logging with streaming and non-streaming both.
Fixes #2378
Short description of the changes
Adds instrumentation support for openai in 3 areas
