The tav already tests all relevant versions of cucumber including v9 and v11.
Looks like v9 still has a lot of downloads in npm, but so do v11 so I think it's ok to use the regular tests with the latest version and let tav test all versions when required

The build fails with this new version since type-fest dependency was added to cucumber in v10.2.0 which requires typescript >=5.1 to work, which we can have at the moment.

Closing this automatic renovate PR as it's not relevant at the moment. This will become relevant again once we upgrade our typescript version to a compatible version
