[chore] Revert pinning of pin-project-lite crate after upstream fix, and CI fix

Changes

Two separate changes:

• Revert the changes in Pin pin_project_lite to older version due to external_type_check compatibility #2239 as the underlying issue in cargo-check-external-types is fixed in it's new release. Ref - cargo-check-external-types treates #[doc(hidden)] private API used in pin_project_lite v0.2.15 as public API taiki-e/pin-project-lite#86

• CI build fix. - use the correct nightly build as required for latest [email protected] ( to fix the CI as here)
