  • Deprecate exception.escaped attribute, add link to in-development semantic-conventions
    on how to record errors across signals.

It all looks good now from the OTel.io side of things. https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry.io/actions/runs/13397788437/job/37421007802 reports missing refcache entries, but that is to be expected.
