Changes

Mark the semantic conventions document for Oracle Database as Release Candidate.

The standard attributes have been partially implemented in the Node.js driver — see the PR here

Similarly, the JDBC driver implementation is available in this PR.

For ODP.NET, changes aligned with the standard are described in the documentation, with remaining attributes planned for the next release.

Important

Pull requests acceptance are subject to the triage process as described in Issue and PR Triage Management.
PRs that do not follow the guidance above, may be automatically rejected and closed.

Hi @open-telemetry/specs-semconv-approvers , could we please reopen this PR for further updates? I’d like to modify the Oracle Database semantic conventions document status.
