Description
This PR fixes many errors in the Markdown lists for Creatures with Spellcasting options lists stat-blocks. Typical issues included excessive or non-existant line-breaks, or the absence of any list syntax.

Closes #854 (hopefuly I caught everything)
How was this tested
pytest(all tests passing)
