feat: Platform demos

Summary

This PR introduces enhancements related to non-product-specific demos (Platform demos) in the Runtime UI.

Changes Made

1. Added Section for Non-Product-Specific Demos

• Created a new table displaying demos that are not tied to a specific product (eg: multi-dpg demo).
• Ensured consistent styling with the existing product-specific demo sections.

2. Implemented Search & Filter Functionality

• Added search fn for quick demo lookup.
• Developed filter options to refine the displayed list based on user criteria.
• Ensured case-insensitive search and dynamic filtering without page reload.

Testing Done
