"SOM" correct according to ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 code in wikidata for Somalia. Should be added as an exception to the code spell

On wikidata the name is "Palestine" and "State if Palestine" is listed under also know as.

According to the edit history, the modification (https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q219060&action=history&offset=&limit=250) was made on 10 November. The properties are not fully aligned: depending on the source, the entity is referred to as either Palestine or the State of Palestine.
However, Wikipedia states in its article on Palestine (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palestine): “Palestine, officially the State of Palestine …”
