Adds an in-TUI /help command that renders the CLI’s Clap-generated usage
text directly in the chat history, so that you can access the help menu without leaving Codex.

  • Wires a new Help variant into Slash Command
  • Adds a small pass-through method on ChatWidget (add_help_output)
  • Introduces HistoryCell::HelpOutput with a helper to format the output
