Add debug logging for ai-sdk requests/responses

Summary

• add getLogger import in aiSdk.ts
• create logger openai-agents:extensions:ai-sdk
• log requests and responses for both sync and streamed calls

Testing

• pnpm build
• pnpm test
• pnpm lint
