Description
Removes the tests/data directory (containing test_pvlive_data.py). These tests were thin wrappers for external pvlive_api calls and were causing dependency build failures (pydantic-core incompatibility). Removing them cleans up the test suite as requested.
Fixes #111 (Remove data tests that aren't needed)
##How Has This Been Tested?
Ran the full test suite. Confirmed that all remaining tests pass successfully without the removed data tests.
