Update TPM2.0 guidelines about what to attest and PCR pre-computation to add more details to the current description. Sections should be reviewed are only:
General Guidelines on What to AttestandConceptual Flow for _Offline_ PCR Precomputation. Other than the two sections, it's super-linter's markdown formatting updates.
