WIP PR adding a LORA-SFT E2E with TrainingHubTrainer. The notebook added here was created by AI using this example script
This can be updated if something further is provided by the AI Innovation team.

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested manually to a certain extent - would need the most recent midstream sdk to be added to the image/runtime to test fully.

Merge criteria:

• The commits are squashed in a cohesive manner and have meaningful messages.
