Included SerialNo in the toArray() method for REST API
Updated /api/v1/cabinet/ to support SerialNo for:
GET → return cabinet serial number
POST → create a cabinet with serial number
PUT → update cabinet serial number
Extended Advanced Search to support a new filter: Cabinet Serial Number.
