Course Card Progress Bar for Learner Portal

This is a project from Innovation Days 2024. We created a progress bar for the course cards on the enterprise learner portal. Previously, there is a progress tab (screenshot below), but you have to click into the course and then switch over to that tab to see the information. For this, we are surfacing that information to make it a more obvious visual reminder to learners.

This code is also set up already to be an optimizely experiment, so we can judge whether or not the progress bar encourages learners to resume their course at a higher rate.
