USE_RAMSIZE_RECOVERY_MATRIX to false, and let the first one also determine if the GSF solver should be used. Reset the options to false when parsing older model files.

They used to be ON by default, but the correct now is OFF.
Also a fixup commit for #38 which made the Function Type menu disappear when creating new functions.
