Remove all png-files and python source files from the build tree.
Add option to suppress the console print from the time loop of the inverse solver.
When run as regression tests via cmake, this output will be OFF by default.
If the tests are run manually from a console window (or script) the print will be ON by default
but can be suppressed by specifying --no-print as command-line argument to the run_API.py scripts.
