Fix linting workflow

This has been broken for some time and I get nightly notifications about it

This repository caches data generated from notebooks stored in other repositories in the _cookbook_data_* branches. Regenerating this cache takes about half an hour, so it is not done automatically in PRs. The current value of the cache from the main branch has been copied over to this PR's cache.

One blocking typo. I am still not getting notifications for these failures. https://docs.github.com/en/actions/concepts/workflows-and-actions/notifications-for-workflow-runs says that notifications go to the user who created the workflow, or to the user who last changed the chron syntax, or to the user who last enabled the action, so I'll try disabling and reenabling all the workflows in this repo.
