Testing EXR and WebP images for all platforms but Android. Had EXR support in 0.12.0 so hopefully this works fine.

Going to close this for now - probably needs OpenEXR to be updated to latest, but seems more trouble than I was expecting. |

Subdependancy hell unfortunately.
OpenEXR can be passed in updated but FreeImage source needed changing.
