RtAudio 6.0.1 - updates / fixes

Fixes: #8224 for issues with Windows and deeper issues

Code changes to:

  • ofRtAudioSoundStream - Fix for device api not being set in setup causing reinit or warning / errors
  • ofSoundBaseTypes -Fix for ofSoundBaseTypes for printing device list (now apis by platform) and spelling of unknown
  • ofSoundStream - api setting explicit
  • ofConstants.h - Missing constants for RTAudio platforms
