Github Actions - Cache Fix
Action for Auto clearing of caches after merging is not currently functional - more debugging added
Action On Cron 3 AM UTC Daily to clear caches with - more permissions on Main repo rather than on a Fork / Merge close action like the former.
Fix of YML from last merge
