Building Blocks Test

I researched about the OGC building blocks format for repositories and made a first draft here.

I would like to:

• Discuss if all elements are there
• Discuss how and if we need to include the GeoSPARQL profile
• How versioning of building blocks is done
• Can/should we create examples for all query functions? Are those documented as building blocks?
• We have examples from the GeoSPARQL compliance benchmark test. How should be best make use of those in the standard?
• Are queries and sample query results from the GeoSPARQL Compliance Benchmark to be considered as tests in an OGC Building Block Setting?
• Granularity of examples: Would it be wise to create building blocks e.g. for each class/property?

If we agree I would create building blocks for all GeoSPARQL versions
