I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
This PR addresses the issue of the GitHub Actions workflow failing due to bad credentials. The workflow in question is the one that locks threads after a certain period of inactivity, as defined in the .github/workflows/lock-issue.yml file. The error message suggests that the GitHub token provided to the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action is invalid.
The BOT_GITHUB_TOKEN secret, which was previously being used, seems to be causing the problem. This PR replaces it with the GITHUB_TOKEN secret, which is automatically created by GitHub for each repository. This token has the necessary permissions to perform most common tasks.
