  I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
  This PR addresses the issue with the GitHub Actions workflow failing due to bad credentials when running the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action. The issue was caused by the action not having the necessary credentials to authenticate with GitHub.

The solution involved modifying the GitHub Actions workflow file .github/workflows/lock-issue.yml to pass a valid GitHub token to the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action. The token was obtained from the GitHub secrets store and passed to the action using the secrets context.
