  I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
  This PR fixes the authentication error that was causing the GitHub Actions workflow to fail. The error was occurring when trying to run the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action, which was not able to authenticate with GitHub due to missing credentials.

The solution involved modifying the GitHub Actions workflow file .github/workflows/lock-issue.yml to pass the GitHub token to the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action. This allows the action to authenticate with GitHub and successfully lock threads in the repository.
