What this PR does / why we need it:
The bootsrapper configuration now has an additional field called
templateInputwhich can hold arbitrary data that is passed to the template during command ´managed-deployment-repo`.This can be used to define configuration values that shall be applied to mutliple manifest files. This eliminates the need to repead certain configuration.
