This pull request refactors multiple GitHub Actions workflows to simplify their configuration and improve maintainability. The changes primarily involve replacing workflow-specific logic with reusable workflow templates from the
openmcp-project/buildrepository. Additionally, several outdated workflows have been removed.Simplification and Reusability:
