This PR adds the location attribute "9eca4f4e-707f-4bb8-8289-2f9b6e93803c" found in the locations metadata file
locations-core_demo.csvto the attributetypes metadata file. This will hopefully fix the issue described here - openmrs/openmrs-distro-referenceapplication#888 (comment)
