This PR adds more granular age ranges for pulse and resp-rate, and updates almost all values for those.
Context: After meeting with the head of Pediatrics for Ampath yesterday, Veronica and I were made aware of a fantastic resource from UpToDate and The Lancet which does a much better job of capturing appropriate age ranges and their corresponding vital signs. We reviewed all these age ranges and updated corresponding values with him.
For Pulse and Respiratory Rate, we used this 2011 Lancet Study's UpToDate reference table: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cEcTLJPZqhRjP7OaDCEdOl6LD5zgcJf8/view
1st Percentile values were used as Critical Low cut-offs, and 99th Percentile as Critical High cut-offs.
It is possible Providers might want the critical hi & low to be moved higher & lower, respectively, to reduce unactionable alerts. So we will stay tuned for provider and implementer feedback.
