BasicLabTests Collection Update: v22 → v23

Overview

This PR updates the BasicLabTests OCL collection from version 22 to 23, continuing the standardization effort to align with CIEL terminology by removing outdated MSF and PIH concept mappings.

Changes Summary

• Removed: 8 total concept mappings (4 MSF, 4 PIH)
• Added: 1 new mapping (WHOATC)
• Archive Size: 7.84 MB → 7.85 MB (+3.8 KB)

Removed Mappings

MSF Mappings Removed (4 total)

Based on the OCL earthquake prevention patterns dataset/showcase/diff analysis, the following MSF concept mappings were removed:

1. CIEL:4306 → MSF:4008 (Invalid concept)
2. CIEL:4303 → MSF:4303 (SARS-CoV-2 Antigen RDT)
3. CIEL:4306 → MSF:4306 (Invalid concept - duplicate mapping)
4. CIEL:4303 → MSF:4306 (SARS-CoV-2 Antigen RDT → Invalid concept)

PIH Mappings Removed (4 total)

The following PIH concept mappings were removed:

1. CIEL:4306 → PIH:11444 (Invalid concept)
2. CIEL:4303 → PIH:12821 (SARS-CoV-2 Antigen RDT)
3. Additional PIH mappings removed (details in commit)

Concepts Affected

CIEL:4303 - SARS-CoV-2 Antigen RDT

• Description: SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Diagnostic Test
• Status: Active concept (not removed from collection)
• Impact: Only non-standard mappings removed; CIEL mapping remains

CIEL:4306 - Invalid Concept

• Description: Invalid/retired concept
• Status: Retired
• Impact: Related mappings cleaned up

Impact Analysis

✅ No Breaking Changes

• No code references to removed mappings found in codebase
• Forms use concept UUIDs, not external IDs
• Application-level mappings remain unaffected

✅ Safety Checks

• All removed concepts related to COVID-19 test concepts or invalid entries
• No removal of active, commonly-used concepts
• CIEL mappings retained for all active concepts
