Adds a create_distro_pr input to the release-backend-module workflow that, when enabled, opens a PR in openmrs-distro-referenceapplication to bump the module's version property in distro/pom.xml using the openmrs-bot account.

I don't necessarily know about this one... More exactly, I don't think the logic for doing this should be in the GitHub Actions workflow. Rather I think this would be better done via a GitHub App or something along those lines. |
