This pull request adds JUnit test coverage for selected methods in
HibernateFormDAOas part of the larger effort to improve test coverage (TRUNK-6518). The tests validate correct behavior under different conditions, including filtering by retired status and expected query results. This work is intentionally scoped to a subset of methods to keep the PR focused and reviewable.Issue I worked on
