Summary
Changes widget section headings from
<h4>to<h2>so the heading hierarchy (<h1>→<h2>) no longer skips levels. The dashboard title renders as<h1>, but all widget headers were<h4>, skipping<h2>and<h3>— a WCAG accessibility violation.SCSS selectors updated in tandem to preserve existing visual styles.
