This pull request updates the Bed Management module to support the latest OpenMRS Platform 2.8.x version. It also migrates the codebase to use Java 21 for improved compatibility and future readiness. All necessary changes in pom.xml and dependencies have been made, and the module now builds and runs successfully with these upgrades.
This aligns the module with OpenMRS Platform 3 roadmap and modern Java standards for stability and maintainability
