refactor: use node environment patch from aws

The node env patch was initially added in this repo #843

And upstream to aws in opennextjs/opennextjs-aws#948

This PR drops the patch from this repo in favor of the one in AWS.

Can be merged when the change is released in AWS and the dependency is updated here.
