- TIFF validation based on DPF manager; + routine to run validation from DPF classes; + map DPF error messages to JHOVE; and - added the necessary to the JHOVE installer for a new module.

This is currently a draft PR used to test the build of JHOVE with an OPF DPF based TIFF module.
