Hi maintainers! Lastly, we would like to add scBSP to the benchmark as well. We hope these contributions are helpful for the community.
Method Overview
scBSP detects spatially variable genes using a granularity-based approach that tests for spatial patterns at multiple resolution levels via permutation tests.
