@alexrobin This should fix the issue I brought up on Slack for JSON encoded Control Streams and Commands. It's pretty minimal so it may not cover everything in matching the spec but it aligns for the most basic cases. |

Updates JSON encoded Control Streams and Commands to align with latest version of OGC API Connected Systems specification
addresses #272 and a few other problems not logged as issues currently
