Add AGENTS.md file providing guidance to AI agents when working with code in this repository.

The file includes:

• Project architecture and key components
• Common development tasks and workflows
• Testing strategy
• Known constraints and limitations
• Best practices for AI-assisted development

This enables AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to better understand the codebase and follow project
conventions.
