• This PR updates the only "About OpenShift Serverless" section to prepare it for Phase 0 DITA migration.
• No other CQA changes, error types, or content refinements are included.

Changes:
This PR prepares the "About OpenShift Serverless" section for Phase 0 DITA migration by applying Vale (AsciiDoc DITA) rules and cleaning up the existing content.
