  • add octavia to the list of services to remove from the old control plane
  • remove SSL certificates adoption, keep the migration of the passphrase
  • remove SSH key migration adoption
  • add an option (prelaunch_octavia_workload) that creates a load balancer on the source cloud and check its availability before and after the adoption
  • trigger failover of the existing load balancer after the adoption of the dataplane (use the new VM image)
  • move clean up tasks after the load balancer migrated
