The IronicInspector controller creates KeystoneService and KeystoneEndpoint resources but was missing the Owns() declarations in SetupWithManager(). This could prevent proper reconciliation if these resources are modified or deleted. This aligns the inspector controller with the ironicapi controller pattern.
