[1] bumps rabbitmq, which will import 0.33.x. Therefore this pins k8s.io dependencies to 0.31.x and k8s.io/kube-openapi to v0.0.0-20250627150254-e9823e99808e until our main target platform is OCP 4.20. rabbitmq-cluster-operator imports 0.33.x which matches OCP 4.20.
