Sort contributor listings alphabetically by first name

This PR sorts all contributor listings in README.md alphabetically by first name and removes company affiliations from emeritus members as requested in the issue.

Changes Made

Contrib Triagers Section

• Reordered t2t2 and Trivikram Kamat to maintain proper alphabetical order by first name

Emeriti Section

• Sorted all entries alphabetically by first name:
  • Bartlomiej → Brandon → Daniel → Gerhard → Haddas → John → Mark → Mayur → Naseem → Olivier → Rauno → Roch → Valentin
• Removed company affiliations from all entries:
  • Removed: LightStep, Dynatrace, Google, DataDog, Splunk, Microsoft, Ville de Montréal, Cisco, Transit
  • Kept only role designations (Maintainer/Approver)

No Changes Needed

• Maintainers: Already correctly sorted alphabetically by first name
• Approvers: Already correctly sorted alphabetically by first name
• Triagers: Only one member, no sorting needed
• CONTRIBUTING.md: Contains no individual contributor listings, only team references

The changes are minimal and surgical, affecting only the ordering and company affiliation removal as specified in the requirements.

Fixes #26.
