Sort contributor listings and remove company affiliations from emeritus members

This PR addresses the contributor listing organization in README.md as requested in the issue.

Changes Made

Emeritus Maintainers

• Removed company affiliations (Lightstep, Splunk, Google) while maintaining alphabetical order by first name
• Order remains: Alex Boten, Diego Hurtado, Owais Lone, Yusuke Tsutsumi

Emeritus Approvers

• Removed company affiliations (Cisco, Microsoft, Oxeye, AWS)
• Fixed alphabetical ordering by moving Nathaniel Ruiz Nowell before Nikolay Sokolik
• Removed duplicate Nikolay Sokolik entry (there were two different GitHub handles)
• Final order: Ashutosh Goel, Héctor Hernández, Nathaniel Ruiz Nowell, Nikolay Sokolik

No Changes Required

• Maintainers: Already correctly sorted alphabetically by first name
• Approvers: Already correctly sorted alphabetically by first name
• CONTRIBUTING.md: Contains no contributor listings that need sorting

Validation

• ✅ All listings sorted alphabetically by first name
• ✅ Company affiliations removed only from emeritus member listings
• ✅ Duplicate entry removed
• ✅ No other changes made
• ✅ Minimal, surgical modifications only
