ACA-Py Release 1.3.6 consists of a cherry picked PR from the main branch (#4196 - DIF Presentation Exchange Holder, and the activation of CI/CD tests (with test fixes) for merges on this LTS branch.
Note that we are nearing the end of life for the 1.3 LTS Branch -- January 2027. Those still using this branch should upgrade as soon as possible to the latest release.
